Course description
Understanding and Addressing Impostor Syndrome in the Workplace Millions of people — CEOs and entry-level professionals, first year college students and PhDs, artists and programmers — secretly worry they’re not as smart or talented as other people “think” they are. It's called impostor syndrome and it impacts both individuals and their organization.
This workshop will equip participants to overcome the limiting effects of impostor syndrome and to create a more psychologically safe culture for themselves and others. Using real world challenges, participants will identify their own limiting patterns of thinking, making way for new patterns of thinking and actions that are rooted in a healthy confidence.
These workshops will be experiential and interactive, while offering space for personal reflection and action planning.
