Workshop: Expanding The Skills Of Mid-level And Emerging Leaders
This group of professionals has enough experience to know that they “don’t know what they don’t know”. As early stage leaders they are focused on both people management and department operations. The role has many challenges and requires wide ranging skills in the area of people management and department operations.
This two-day workshop is highly experiential and includes two on- hour follow up coaching sessions focused on the individualized needs of each participant.

Outcomes
