Can train my brain

I learned how to train yourself to be more mindful and a bit about how our brains can be wired to focus on different aspects of things/situations (e.g. positive vs negative).

Stepping back helps

The biggest take away for me has been to take a step back, fix my eyes on something and focus on my breathing. Has helped in numerous situations.
