Course description
Self-Awareness as a Critical Leadership Skill
We've been taught that confidence is a critical and necessary for success in life and leadership. Research now tells us that the greatest determinant for success or failure is not confidence, its self-awareness. The research also indicates that while 85% of adults believe they are self-aware, only about 15% of them actually are. Needless to say, we have a lot of work to do to build greater self-awareness, particularly as leaders. Building self-awareness, however is far more complex than just journalling or taking a leadership assessment. In this course, we focus on building the right skills to grow self-awareness, dismatle on the conventional wisdom about reflection and introspection, and help leaders start on the path to having greater self-awareness
