Course description
Navigating Conflict and Confrontation
Communication isn’t easy and navigating conflict can be the most challenging interactions you will face. Most people will avoid these difficult conversations altogether. Everyone has their own core tendencies in how they react to and approach conflict. Let's first identify one's own conflict tendencies and address how to best navigate conflict and confrontation. We then provide a framework to manage conflict and leverage your own strengths to succeed in the conversations that are hard.
