Effective Leadership Communication
How one communicates as a leader is critical to success however, most consider these skills “soft skills”. Communication is not a “soft skill”. It requires awareness, intelligence, and skill. It also requires a deep understanding of how people communicate, how one is perceived, and how to ensure one’s point is conveyed effectively. Communication is a skill people rarely practice and sometimes avoid, but it’s necessary to leadership. This course focuses on the communication skills necessary in leading people, communicating with confidence, and effectively communication regardless of the individual; Its done through interactive and immersive exercises that both challenge and encourage everyone to engage more with people at work.
