Course description
Advanced Leadership Skills and Principles
Advanced Leadership Skills and Principles lays the foundation for life-long learning and improvement as a leader. It examines the role of a leader as a:
- team-builder
- motivator
- strategic thinker
- cultural change agent
- and communicator
Advanced Leadership Skills and Principles assumes that participants already possess a general grasp of basic leadership principles, similar to what we cover in our training course on The Essentials of Being a Leader.
The course builds on the perspective that a leader's success eventually depends on three capabilities: people skills, communication skills, and trust-building skills. Every module in the course centers on one or more of these skillsets.
Instructor
Dr. Mike Armour, the founder and president of Strategic Leadership Development International (SLDI) conducts this training.
