Course description
Salesforce Power User for Sales: 1-Day / 5-Hour Course
Stony Point has developed this training course to provide sales professionals with knowledge of the more advanced sales and activity management features of Salesforce. Students of this course will learn how to configure some of the advanced functionality within Salesforce including the user interface features and search settings, as well as how to set up and use advanced email features, Chatter, Opportunity features such as tracking competitors, contact roles, partners, and setting up and utilizing Price books and Products. Further, all students will gain the skills and abilities to create and utilize views, reports and the Activities Tab.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
