Introduction to Salesforce for Sales: 1-Day / 5-Hour Course
Stony Point has developed this introductory training course to provide all students with the fundamentals of Salesforce, with a primary focus on key features a sales person can use to immediately become effective with Salesforce. Course participants will gain the skills and abilities to manage leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities, utilize Salesforce to effectively review and plan your day, and use list views and run reports.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
