Introduction to Salesforce for Marketing: 1-Day / 5-Hour Course
Stony Point has developed this introductory training course to provide all students with the fundamentals of Salesforce, with a primary focus on key features a marketer can use to immediately become effective with Salesforce. Course participants will gain the skills and abilities to manage leads and campaigns, lead import wizard to manage large campaigns, and use and create list views and reports.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
