Springboard is an ed-tech company based in San Francisco. We’re on a mission to bridge the world’s skills gap by helping as many people as possible access high-quality, affordable education that they can translate into new-economy roles.

We offer online courses in UI/UX design, data science, data analytics, software engineering, and machine learning – all with our one-of-a-kind job guarantee. Each student gets a 6-month runway to secure a role in their industry: if they don't, they get 100% of their tuition back. At Springboard, we believe that your ability to access high-quality education shouldn't be tied to how much you can afford to pay. That's we also launched deferred tuition for all Springboard Career Tracks - pay a small deposit when you enroll, and the rest when you land job.

All our courses are 100% online, self-paced throughout an average of 6-9 months, and every student works with a team that is invested in their success. Students are matched with a personal industry mentor who guides them throughout the program through weekly video calls, a student advisor to provide additional course support, and a career coach to help you throughout the job search process. Students also have access to an online community where they can receive additional support, form study groups, and network with other students and mentors.

Before graduation, our career services team supports the students in their job search, helps prepare them for interviews and networking and facilitates their transition in the tech industry.
