LEAD. Sharpen Your Team and Leadership Skills: An Introduction to the Four Communication Styles and the Role of Workplace Motivators & Driving Forces
Recognizing how different people communicate and what motivates their behavior can produce more positive, profitable relationships and meetings – with clients and within a team. Failure to grasp these understandings can result in conflict, missed opportunities and lost business. This session provides participants with practical insights into their own style and motivators, as well as how to identify and respond more productively to others.
To promote more effective communication, whether internally or with clients, all participants receive a personalized set of two reports (about 40+ pages), identifying their individual communication style and their highest and mid-level driving forces or motivators. Choose from: Executive Version, Sales or Manager/Staff. (An option is to receive only one report, depending on time and budget considerations.)
The organization receives a customized group report with the characteristics of every employee noted on the graphs, giving management new tools to improve productivity and outcomes. Customized role plays, and other exercises are included to advance the learning and application of these key principles. A sample set of reports can also be provided for review.
