About this course:
What is Scrum? Scrum is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. Scrum itself is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products. This course covers the functions and features of Scrum Immersion. Students will learn about SCRUM basics and key SCRUM artifacts. They will also learn about user stories and implementing SCRUM. This also covers roles, events, artifacts, and most importantly, the motivation behind implementing these elements.
