Validating Assumptions and Perceptions - In House
Every day, all day long, we make assumptions. Most of our assumptions are based on our perception of what is happening, our attitudes, experience and background. Assumptions and perceptions drive our feelings which influences our actions. This course will help guide you to be more aware of your perceptions, frames of reference and how theses elements influence your feelings and behaviours.
This half-day practical, online course provides participants an understanding of how our unconscious biases have major impacts on our feelings and behaviors, and how managing our perceptions and biases helps us ensure that our feelings and behaviors are managed. Join us to discover how to verify your assumptions and manage your feelings and perceptions.
