The Basics of Project Management - In House
At After 15 years and over 1200 participants who have successfully completed the course, we recently launched a new and improved version of the course. This is our most popular course designed to give new project managers and team members the essential tools they need to complete successful projects. The course covers the entire life cycle of the project: from launch, through its planning and execution, to project closure.
An excellent learning experience at the individual level, this course serves just as well to revive the whole project team. Like our other courses, it can be adapted to your organization's environment.
