Six Sigma White Belt Workshop - In House
This 2-day workshop provides participants with an understanding of the Six Sigma approach for rapidly and dramatically improving business processes throughout the entire organization. Participants learn how to participate on multi-functional, multi-level teams targeting a wide spectrum of improvement opportunities. This methodology, used world-wide, provides a reliable approach for achieving world class performance improvement and employee involvement in manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes across all sectors.
Held in a workshop format, this course is designed to teach participants how to effectively use many of the tools of Six Sigma. Graduates will understand the variety of six sigma methodologies and tools that are used, and will be able to participate in six sigma improvement projects.
Course graduates will be expected to play a vital role in the organization’s six sigma effort, because they are the people who will be able to execute the principles and practices of six sigma on a daily basis. Participants will learn how to focus on and use many of the proven six sigma problem-solving and statistical methodologies along with the Lean tools, to contribute to the success of the organization.
