The Greene Turbine is a newly patented (July of 2015) device that uses the energy in moving water to generate electrical power. The device looks like a big windmill that is placed in the flow of moving water.
The energy in moving water is called Hydro Kinetic Energy. Many attempts have been made to utilize this energy, but other than small scale applications, such as flour grinding mills, there has been very little success in these endeavors. The Greene Turbine is a real game changer in extracting energy from moving water.
The patented device turns external slow speed, high energy moving water into internal high speed, high energy moving water. It has been likened to a hydraulic gearbox. Even calling it a hydraulic gearbox doesn’t really describe it. This course shows what the Greene Turbine is and how it works. After reviewing this course and studying what the Greene Turbine does, you will just shake your head in amazement. At least, that’s what I did. The concept is so simple that it has to work. I invite you to take this course and silently congratulate Geoff Greene, the inventor, on his accomplishment.
