Additionally, Nevvon’s content library of over 500+ lessons provides numerous upskilling opportunities for caregivers including our 6-hour Dementia course that is approved by the Alzheimer's Association, over 20 hours of content on Value-Based Payments readiness and execution, to fundamental soft skills like communication. All content is translated into 8 languages presently including English, Spanish, Russian, Haitian, Mandarin, and Cantonese ensuring caregivers can learn and retain information in their native tongue.

Nevvon's platform uses various resources and methods to keep the training and education varied and engaging. From "gamification" to "situation-based learning" to the "teach-back method," our engaging and instructional design leads to a 17% retention rate and better learning outcomes.

Our training platform gives access to comprehensive training that helps build the skills and confidence to be a professional caregiver. We do this by learning as much as we can about the caregivers' goals, preferences, and backgrounds through surveys and using a learning platform that collects data on behavior. While Nevvon's e-training courses allow caregivers to self-reflect on the topic and challenge the learners to recall information and concepts, case studies give context to the issues and are created around real-life situations caregivers typically face with their patients.

From releasing a public API to numerous integrations with agency management systems (EMR's), Nevvon is using technology to solve the biggest challenges for home care operations.
