Master the 3i's of Engagement
Train managers to promote trust and openness by using McLean & Company’s 3i’s model: inform, interact, and involve. These are the three most important components of being an engaging manager. Enjoy an interactive and collaborative learning experience through this virtual training, which focuses on activity- and practice-based learning to hone key skills. This 3-hour instructor-led training session, run by one of McLean’s experienced and knowledgeable facilitators, is completely online; this means learning can happen anywhere, at any time.
