Management Fundamentals Online
Successful people management is more than just ensuring deadlines are met. Help people managers excel quickly with this practical, interactive, and impactful 10-week program. This program is grounded in McLean & Company’s extensive research into what makes leaders successful in today’s changing world.
What’s it like to participate?
- Managers begin this ten-week program with a live online kick-off meeting hosted by our facilitators. This is the first of several live sessions designed for interaction and peer-to-peer discussion.
- Learners have one week to complete each module, which includes a video lecture (25 minutes to 1.5 hours), individual activities, and a collaborative learning community activity with other participants.
- Participants will download and print out associated handouts to take notes and complete activities during each module.
- At the end of the program, facilitators will provide participants with a reinforcement activity to facilitate learning application.
