The Positive Alternative
The Positive Alternative (TPA) is the baseline enlightenment customer service workshop for all employees. Everyone in the organization must understand their role in providing excellent customer service. The Positive Alternative provides a context and perspective for viewing customer service relations. The workshop concentrates on moments-of-truth and which skills and attitudes influence the way your employees work with your customers and co-workers.
