At the Management and Strategy Institute, we pride ourselves on offering one of the industry's most esteemed certifications. With US Trademark Registration No. 4,253,896, we are the sole authorized entity to confer the prestigious Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) designation.

Within the Black Belt simulation, you will make critical decisions regarding the tools to employ at different DMAIC process stages. You will encounter questions such as "Which tool is suitable for hierarchically ordering project tasks?" or "How can you identify and rank potential failure modes?" The simulation provides a step-by-step guide, granting you insight into the mindset and decision-making process of a Black Belt as they execute a project.
