Course description

The accelerating pace of life, environmental requirements, level of aggression, and instability – all make stress almost unavoidable. Yet stress is not always a bad thing. Stress, as such, is a normal reaction to external actions. Stress can have a positive mobilizing effect but also can be destructive. Stress decreases working capabilities and can lead to loss of motivation.
