Gain a better understanding of the requirements for filing Form 8833.
This course is intended to provide you with a comprehensive guide to understanding tax treaty benefits available and how to claim them. Topics will include potential treatybased positions and limitations of benefits. Our speakers will also identify whether a taxpayer has a requirement to file Form 8833. This course will review Forms W8 and 8802 and discuss the impact of the new foreign tax credit regulations on claiming a treatybased relief from double taxation.
