Shawn Snyder is the Owner and President of Looking Forward Consulting. Shawn is an accomplished organizational development professional with a proven ability to develop and implement training strategies as well as organizational change initiatives. He is recognized as an expert in human performance and leading organizational change. He has also led multi-million dollar change initiatives developing training for Fortune 500 companies.
Shawn is an accomplished speaker and trainer. He has traveled the world delivering training programs to small and large audiences. He is also a professional coach. Through training and coaching, Shawn has helped many organizations increase sales, employee morale, and reduce employee turnover.
Starting his career in the retail industry, Shawn moved from sales to management and was ultimately responsible for employee training and development. Shawn then transitioned into the hospitality industry where he led the training function for a casino. He established a Corporate University and developed custom training for the casino employees as well as partnered on training initiatives for the Tribe. He then accepted a role with a Fortune 500 organization consulting with their executive leadership on organization-wide change initiatives. Shawn also has a Masters degree in Organizational Management.
Shawn is a warm and dynamic workshop leader with an enthusiastic style. He has a delivery that comes straight from the heart. Shawn inspires change for those that attend one of his sessions.
