Who should attend?
This course prepares you for the Professional Crisis Management Association's final Everyday Behavior Tools certification exam, where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of the Everyday Behavior Tools covered in this course. As you begin this course with Module 1, you must complete a liability waiver and an application for the final certification exam. This final certification exam will be taken once your course is complete, and it can be taken remotely online without any additional cost. In order to achieve your certification, you must pass the final exam with an 80% accuracy.
