Our Story
Liddell Consulting Group was founded in 2002 by David Liddell, with the sole purpose of simplifying leadership challenges.
With a career founded in project and program management and an education in engineering, David powered the development of his leadership consulting approach with analytical thinking and a determined work ethic. His innate curiosity and inclination toward order, led him to develop a series of methodical, fact-gathering processes and simplified, action-oriented solutions that make up The Liddell Method. Liddell Consulting Group’s goals pivot around applying this approach to benefit leaders at all levels.
The Liddell Consulting team is well-versed in guiding leaders through tricky business hurdles and bringing order to uncertainty. We enjoy seeing through complicated organizational challenges and developing simple solutions.
