Course description
Everything about the way an individual leads and engages with their colleagues cascades from their mindset. We will begin the first session by activating the proven leader mindset that is critical for long-term success. Once embraced, it's the leader mindset that allows for problems and challenges to be re-framed from roadblocks to opportunities to move the business forward.
In this session, we will also unpack the difference between acting as an Object (problems happen to me) versus an Agent (I can control how I allow this to impact me and my team). We will also introduce a concept for transforming problems into “How Might We” statements, which is the first step toward uncovering new solutions and unlocking innovation.
