Leadership Intelligence was founded in 2001 and our senior partners are respected leaders in the fields of executive, leadership, team and group coaching; leadership development and education; as well as management consulting. Together, we bring wisdom, know-how and practical experience in helping executives and leaders create organizational, team, and individual effectiveness for private and public sector clients.
To meet the growing demand for our services, Leadership Intelligence has built a community of expert and certified consulting associates, educators and certified coaches whose talents are aligned with Leadership Intelligence’s core values and service offerings. Our Community Members are located throughout Ontario and British Columbia. And, our network of like-minded professionals is global in its reach.
Many consultant / coach firms are “teams” in name only. At Leadership Intelligence we have a different philosophy: knowledge expands and stretches exponentially when it is shared. Leadership Intelligence’s deep network includes seasoned professionals with their own unique strengths and areas of focus. Clients’ needs are paramount, and each is matched with the coach, consultant, or team who can best meet their unique needs. Clients have the benefit of the collective knowledge and experience. They do not have a coach or a consultant; they have a network of dedicated professionals willing to collaborate and create innovative and effective solutions.
