Organizational Relationship Management

Our culture places the individual front and center. An individual’s success depends heavily on the quality and efficacy of his or her interactions with others. A good or bad relationship can make or break an employee, just as a culture of good or bad relationships can lead an organization to success or failure.

This management training invites participants to explore workplace relationships. Through research and practice, we have developed a framework for employees to build stronger interpersonal relationships, effectively break down silos, and build partnerships across departments to achieve organizational goals with effective management of relationships.
