Organizational Relationship Management
Our culture places the individual front and center. In the media and in movies, we see lone individuals, often underdogs, working tirelessly and achieving great success despite the odds and those against them. However, we are not sole actors. Our decisions, our actions, and their implications are not made in isolation.
An individual’s success depends heavily on the quality and efficacy of his or her interactions with others. A good or bad relationship can make or break an employee, just as a culture of good or bad relationships can lead an organization to success or failure.
This management training invites participants to explore workplace relationships. Through research and practice, we have developed a framework for employees to build stronger interpersonal relationships, effectively break down silos, and build partnerships across departments to achieve organizational goals with effective management of relationships.
