Course description
A socio-emotional assessment that measures both intrapersonal (one’s own understanding of themselves) and interpersonal (understanding of others) dimensions. The understanding of these dimensions is essential for all employees, especially leaders, for self- and situational awareness that will create and foster better work relationships, resulting in higher output and productivity.

Who should attend?
This assessment should be given to all levels of employees. Organizational success is predicated on the success of their employees. Research shows that 80-90 percent of all highly productive employees, to include leadership, have high levels of emotional intelligence. Therefore, all employees should have the tools and resources to enhance their self- and situational awareness.
Course delivery details
Employees will be given online the assessment to measure their levels of emotional intelligence (EI). These results will then be explored either during our designed EI course or in consultation with a custom-built development program. We will hone in on how to best enhance participants' self- and situational awareness and self-management, leading to optimal individual and organizational success.
