Course description
A multi-source or multi-rater feedback assessment that will allow for a wholistic perspective of a leader’s strengths and weaknesses. The assessment is usually anonymously given to all of those who work with the employee (e.g., direct report, peer, supervisors, and customers) for a full 360 evaluation of a leader’s performance.

This assessment is applicable to all levels of leadership. It's essential for all leaders to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses, uncovering blind spots. Therefore, this assessment will help to better prepare leaders for their future development.
Course delivery details
Leaders will be given online the self-assessment to measure the perceptions of their own leadership strengths and weaknesses. Then, the leaders' direct reports, supervisors, peers, and chosen customers will be given, also online, an assessment measuring the same areas in which the leader rated themselves. These results will then be compared with the leaders' perceptions, for alignment. From these results, we can custom build a leadership development program (interventions, courses, activities, etc.) and/or provide coaching for leaders' development.
