Course description
Leading and Influencing Project Teams
The program, Leading and Influencing Project Teams, has been specifically designed to cater to Individual Contributors and Front-Line Leaders. The program's learning journey begins with an in-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities of project management team leaders, with a particular emphasis on their accountability towards project stakeholders. It then delves into how project management team leaders can foster a constructive team environment by employing effective communication, team-building exercises, and reflective listening. Lastly, the program covers problem-solving techniques that can be applied within the team. Participants in this training program must select an ongoing project and apply the principles and concepts they learn. This active application of newly acquired knowledge helps reinforce learning while allowing participants to advance their projects productively. Upon completion of the program, project team leaders can expect to develop better problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts positively and constructively. They also learn to influence others and manage interpersonal dynamics within their project teams. This training enables them to take on more challenging assignments and deliver consistent results.
