Course description
Over the last twenty-five years, Lean Six Sigma has been proven to be the most effective method to execute process improvement activities. Employers around the globe recognize the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credential as a high standard of professional capability. The curriculum of this program from the Kelley School is completely aligned with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Green Belt Body of Knowledge. It also offers the only online courseware that has been reviewed and approved by ASQ. Upon successful completion of the certificate program and a score of 80% or greater on the cumulative exam, participants will receive Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Kelley School of Business.

Who should attend?
This certificate program is for individuals preparing for leadership roles within the operations arena, those desiring to advance their professional development by building process improvement skills and capabilities, or experienced leaders who want to develop firsthand knowledge of process improvement practices.
Course delivery details
Online business certificate comprised of four courses that are each 4 weeks long (16 weeks total). The last course will also include a process improvement project simulation as a capstone event. Live virtual coaching and review sessions will be offered weekly, and the online course includes instructor support. Access to the online courseware will be provided for 12 months, along with a license to EngineRoom data analysis software, which is included.
Estimated Time Commitment: Five to six hours each week (including a weekly synchronous session online.)

Costs
All four courses taken together cost $4,250 (USD). Pricing includes a certification exam. Additional project coaching in a one-on-one setting can be added to the certificate for a fee.
Certification / Credits
By completing the four-course series, participants will earn a certificate from the Kelley School of Business. Participants who score 80% or higher on the cumulative exam will also earn a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Kelley School of Business.
