IFI Training
Our approach to training is unique. We recognize that permanent skill transfer occurs when we consistently apply principles, becoming just a little bit better one “drop” at a time. By working with IFI, your employees will develop skills that improve their performance through our process:
- Pre-workshop customization – Your organization has its own culture and learning objectives. We work with you to ensure that the tools your employees develop during training are maximized to meet organizational goals.
- Engaging, tool-based training – Our workshops are designed to be fun, fast-paced learning events. Participants spend 70% of workshop time in skill-building activities and exercises. By using our tools during training, participants will use new skills at work ensuring those skills are retained permanently as habits.
- Follow-up and coaching – Following training, participants will have one year of access to certified IFI Training coaches for help applying newly learned tools. Ongoing coaching allows participants to continue to improve their work skills.
IFI Training was formed in 1998 when 3 business professionals saw that training was largely ineffective for the changes that the new millennium was going to present. They developed our process that guarantees skill transfer in Leadership and Professional Development, Sales and Business Development and Communications.
