The last few years caused unanticipated disruption for companies worldwide. Leaders need to take a coaching-based approach to their leadership now more than ever. It has become increasingly challenging for leaders to lead with vision and strategy while also supporting employees’ well-being.
To establish an atmosphere for change management, engagement, and resilience, organizations must invest in training that brings a coaching style approach to leadership. Change is a fact of life and a major component of leadership is helping other navigate change. A coaching-based approach can support a long-term strategy for reducing mounting tensions and uncertainty among employees.

Course delivery details
Participate
Experience four immersive instructor-led learning modules. Each module is comprised of inspirational content, practical tools, techniques and activities. Participants will learn with a peer cohort and interact with internationally recognized facilitators who develop emotional intelligence with people working in Fortune 500 companies every day.
Upskill
Post each module, participants are encouraged to apply the tools and techniques at work and outside of it to help improve connection, communication and influencing others.
Added value
Participants complete a Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Assessment in advance of the program to provide clear insight into strengths and focus areas they can enhance through the practical, emotionally intelligent coaching-style conversation approaches they learn during the program.
Costs
Pricing for a Leader as Coach program depends on the requirements of the team. We can provide the program privately in-house for your team either online or on-site. The ideal group size for this program is 30 or less attendees. There is an option to incorporate additional leadership and emotional intelligence development learning through an emotional intelligence assessment and a feedback debrief/coaching session.
