We have a special niche in building emotional intelligence among IT and financial services managers -- especially within mid-sized fast-growth enterprises. Margaret Morgan Maat and Beth Williams, the principals, have a combined experience of over 45 years. Margaret comes from the high-tech industry; Beth from the world of sales & marketing. We are qualified to use the MBTI (Myers-Briggs), DISC and PIAV assessments, as well as 360 feedback assessments. We are qualified to teach Integrity Selling. Our training courses include 3D Management (4 half-day sessions) to train managers to succeed in the management role and Laser Management (4 half-day sessions) to build emotional intelligence within the managerial role. We also do customized design. And we love to coach.
