Business Analysis for Project Managers, Business Analysts and Technology Stakeholders
The Business Analysis classroom training course, offered by Florida Atlantic University, provides students with the skills and competencies to advance your projects and gain an understanding of how to apply tools and techniques derived from the A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®). Excellence in business analysis combines the strategic and operational needs of a business with high quality requirements that are essential to achieve successful projects.
This Business Anlaysis course will be taught by certified PMP® and CBAP® instructor with over 30 years of consulting experience. This experience includes managing portfolios, programs, and projects, as well as agile project management, management consulting and business analysis for businesses, governments and universities. Lectures and interactive discussions, as well as hands-on exercises will be included in the course.

- Perform duties under general supervision and are responsible for working with stakeholders to define the requirements of an organization to shape project results and ensure their expected outcomes
- Spearhead the discovery, analysis and overall management of the requirements for a project
