Executive Coaching Program: Teams
With the rise of remote and virtual teams, we have acknowledged that there is a strong need for support. Many organizations have seen big shifts in their leadership, and have introduced new talent into their teams. This is why providing your teams with coaching is such a great way to provide them the extra support they need.
High performing teams are critical to business success. We are trained systems/team coaches who work with intact teams and leadership teams to support them to leverage their strengths, align on priorities and expectations, navigate conflict and communication and improve relationships and collaboration.
Our team coaches are trained with years of experience coaching teams of three to teams of 50 over the last 20 years. We bring specific approaches and exercises that are unique to working with teams.
