Executive Coaching Program: Career Development 1:1
Develop and grow your people through career coaching. Career coaching is an opportunity to identify career goals and future options, build networking and mentorship plans, and develop specific skills and leadership competencies. Investing in your people supports them to invest in your organization.
We design and deliver career development programs for individuals, small groups and large global pools of leaders. Our programs are typically a blend of 1:1 coaching and the integration of other key program elements to support their growth.
Coaching is unique because it is 100% client-driven. Instead of giving leaders a one-size-fits-all solution, coaching supports leaders as they develop their own styles and approaches. When you work with a coach, you’re the one setting goals, choosing topics for discussion, and bringing the information to the table.
Coaching is powerful because coaches act as confidential sounding boards, which allows senior leaders to be open with their thoughts and brainstorm new ideas. Additionally, coaches drive focus, clarity, and accountability by helping leaders set goals and work towards them consistently.
