An interesting, challenging and thought-provoking course. An excellent primer in EI.

Taking this course was good and challenging at the same time but an eye opener and I learned a lot about behaviour and conflict and how to deal with those.

It was a good learning experience, different from the technical aspect that I am used to taking as part of fulfilling my job responsibilities.
