Effectivation Inc. was established in 1986 to provide selling and service skills training to information and knowledge-based enterprises. We train people in consultative behaviours and skills that improve their abilities to learn and see the situation, opportunity, problem and future from the client's eyes, before telling their story or planning their strategy. The training focuses on four key areas: 1. Finding New Clients through Effective Prospecting 2. Planning and Executing Consultative Sales Calls 3. Looking at Accounts and Opportunities Strategically 4. Managing Sales Resources In each of these areas, a number of modules can be combined to make workshops of from one-half to three days duration. Participants leave the training with relevant, easy-to-use, and replicable tools and skills for self-management and productivity improvement.
