Course description
IT Project Management: Use Metrics to Reassess the Business Case
In this course, you will learn to revisit the business case as your project progresses. The business case justified doing the project and it was the basis for beginning to define the project. The business case also defined the value the business expected from the project. As you go through the project and, certainly, as you approach the end of the project, you will need to go back and look at that expectation of value to determine whether or not the project is in fact on track to deliver it.
