Agile Project Management: Conclude an Iteration
As the agile team progresses through its daily rhythm of work, product increments are accumulated and prepared for release to production. In this course, you will learn how to conclude an iteration. The components include business acceptance and the iteration review process. In addition, we will discuss team retrospectives, which are based on the agile principle of reflecting on what went right during the iteration and identifying changes for process improvement.
