Course description
Understanding Performance Data and Metrics: The Good, the SMART, and the Purpose
Is your organization struggling with metrics/data? What is a “good" metric? Has your company implemented best practices for measurement? We often focus on the wrong metrics, fail to define what metrics are and how they should be used or to forget to align metrics to senior management's strategic objectives. This workshop will teach participants how to define, analyze and implement metrics and help them understand how to create measurable metrics that align with and support management objectives.
This course can also be offered virtually. Please contact Corporate College to learn more.
