About
For students and executives, activists and entrepreneurs who want to learn how New York City works so that they can make it better, Coro is the premier leadership training program that delivers the skills and networks to lead change.
For 30 years Coro has used the city as its classroom teaching participants how policy is shaped. Coro is a community of 2,100 alumni across business, government, schools and non-profits with the belief that a single person, with sufficient drive and passion, is what will make New York a better place for all who live and work here.
Coro alumni are part of a collaborative community sharing a lifelong commitment to participate in civic life. They are leaders and influencers, devoloping innovative and effective solutions to public issues, incorporating different points of view and voices in their decision-making, and inspiring others to lead change in society.
