Very easy to follow along. Provided excellent information.

I think time spent on the 5 min presentations and seated skills were most useful. Briefing the boss, somewhat necessary. Q&A was also good.

I thought the instructor was engaging and used interesting examples to convey his point. It was a positive learning experience.

I think the presentation skills overshadowes content creation as we got to work on skills much more. Little more content time would be good.

Excellent exercises! Good 'eyes' card and tip sheet. Telling work experiences and stories were valuable. It put the material into a relevant/common setting.
