I loved the opening session, to hear how these principles apply to everyone. I feel like the sessions are rushed however, towards the end.

Although time is limited, reflection part may be important for all the attendees.

I think both simulation days could use some additional time on general group discussion of each team's answers and how they impact their over all performance as a leader.

Working closely with the customer in an iteritive process is the best way to realize what the market needs now. This course illustrates this concept perfectly.
