Boston University Questrom School of Business, Executive Leadership Center
Boston University Questrom School of Business, established in 1913, presently enrolls approximately 3,000 students in its undergraduate and graduate programs. In 1996, the School of Management opened its new building, the most technologically advanced structure ever built for management education.
In all the programs at Boston University Questrom School of Business, we deliver a rigorous grounding in the various business disciplines along with a comprehension of the complex interdependencies within organizations. This focus on an understanding of management systems helps develop managers who build and lead, not simply manage. The School ’s faculty has earned global recognition for its applied research — scholarly investigation that favorably impacts management practice. Among our faculty ’s many areas of expertise is information technology and the transforming effect of that technology on business strategy and on every element of commercial life. The school ’s faculty include experts in mathematical finance, investment and risk management, real options, marketing, operations, health care management, the management of public and nonprofit institutions, human resource development, supply chain management, and numerous other areas.
The vast professional and teaching experience of our faculty is brought to bear in our Executive Education programs. These programs are delivered in our Executive Leadership Center, which includes state-of-the-art classrooms, teaming rooms, dining facilities, lounges, and conference facilities for the exclusive use of our executive clients.
Our executive programs can be designed for a number of different goals, in either a residential or distance-learning format: 1) major capability development or immediate information acquisition, 2) a focus on general management or functional disciplines and 3) research-driven curriculum or custom-designed programs. Our aim is to understand your business and education objectives to design and deliver an executive education program that effectively meets your needs and helps bring about the changes you want to create within your organization.
