Presenting Solutions
Traditional sales presentations lack power and persuasion largely because salespeople focus on presenting what they believe is most compelling rather than demonstrating how their solution best addresses the buyer's criteria. Moreover, what began as an engaging dialog in earlier meetings becomes a monologue during solution presentation, leaving the buyer unsure which path to take and the seller unaware of any concerns the buyer may have. During the Presenting Solutions modules, sales people will learn how to open and organize presentations in a way that encourages open and honest communication, they will learn to leverage what they learned to prove they have the most powerful solution for the buyer's business and learn to describe their capabilities in a way that demonstrates in a clear and compelling way that life with their solution will be considerably less painful than life without it.
